Vietnam top leader receives acting US Navy secretary in New York

Vietnam's Party General Secretary and President To Lam received Acting U.S. Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao in New York on Tuesday morning (local time), as part of his trip to attend the High-Level General Debate of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
