Typhoon Choi-wan’s trough to bring scattered rains to Visayas, Mindanao

LAPU-LAPU CITY, Philippines — Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will affect parts of the Visayas and Mindanao on Sunday, October 4, due to the trough, or extension, of Typhoon Choi-wan outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said affected areas include Western Visayas, the
