Tuk-tuk driver fined 1,500 baht over 4,000-baht fare demand from Russian tourists

Police have fined a tuk-tuk driver 1,500 baht after he demanded 4,000 baht from two Russian tourists, who attended The Weeknd: After Hours Til Dawn Tour for a journey to Sukhumvit 4, although they ultimately paid him only 400 baht.
