Moscow, Russia, October 7, 2026 -- The online academy, which has trained more than 1,500 students across Russia and the CIS, now teaches work with neural networks inside every program, from SMM and performance marketing to analytics and marketing leadership

Digital Skills Academy (digitalskillsacademy.ru), an online school for digital marketing, IT and analytics, has rebuilt its catalog of 23 courses around artificial intelligence. Rather than offering AI as a separate elective, the academy now integrates neural networks into the practical tasks of each profession it teaches. Every program is reviewed every six months, and outdated tools are replaced with current ones.

The shift reflects how marketing work has changed. Content drafts, ad copy variations, audience research and campaign reporting are increasingly produced with AI assistance, and employers expect new specialists to arrive with that skill. The academy's approach is to teach AI where marketers actually use it: inside SMM, traffic, analytics and strategy, not in isolation.

Courses are developed by 53 practicing experts, including specialists who manage advertising budgets of more than 1 billion rubles a year and instructors focused specifically on AI in marketing.

What the AI-focused catalog includes

  • Internet Marketer, the flagship program: 217 lessons, 12 case studies and 64 practical assignments, with AI tools applied across SEO, paid search, targeting and analytics.
  • AI for Business: 38 lessons, 40 ready-to-use prompts and 23 core AI tools for entrepreneurs and managers.
  • SMM Manager: 53 lessons and 18 practical assignments on planning and producing social media content.
  • Marketing Director: 238 lessons and 55 assignments for specialists moving into marketing leadership.

Programs are almost entirely practice-based: 88% of course work consists of practical assignments, and 75% is built on real business cases.

"AI hasn't replaced marketers, but it has changed what a marketer's working day looks like," said Alisher Fozilov, co-founder of Digital Skills Academy. "A course that teaches SMM or performance marketing the way it was done three years ago leaves people unprepared. Our instructors use these tools in their own work, so every program now teaches AI the way it's actually used on real projects."

Watsons brings Korean and Asian beauty closer to Filipino shoppers

Oct 9, 2026

From glass skin and barely-there makeup to rosy cheeks, glossy lips and the perfect aegyo-sal, Korean and Asian beauty trends continue to influence beauty routines. The good news is that shoppers do not have to fly to Seoul or wait for their next online haul to get their hands on popular products. Watsons brings some of the most-loved Asian beauty finds closer to Filipino shoppers, making it easier to discover, try and incorporate them into everyday routines. Whether restocking a holy grail product or exploring the latest item gaining attention on social media, shoppers can find their beauty favorites at Watsons' more than 1,220 stores nationwide or through the Watsons App. From glass skin to an everyday glow Part of K-beauty's appeal lies in its ingredients, which target specific skin concerns. For smoother, clearer-looking skin, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) and beta hydroxy acids (BHAs) help exfoliate dead skin cells and clear buildup. Products from Beauty of Joseon and Oxecure offer options for these concerns. Bakuchiol, a plant-derived ingredient often used as an alternative to retinol, may also help improve the appearance of skin texture and fine lines. Products from Eqqualberry, Some By Mi and Deoproce feature this ingredient. For a hydrated K-beauty glow, hyaluronic acid helps attract and retain moisture and can be found in products from Torriden, ISOI and COSRX. Meanwhile, soothing ingredients such as centella asiatica, commonly known as cica, are featured in products from Dr.G, Round Lab and SKIN1004, making them options for those with sensitive or stressed skin. For those looking to brighten their complexion, vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps improve the appearance of dullness and uneven skin tone. Options are available from Sola, Dear Klairs and iWhite Korea. Another ingredient gaining attention in K-beauty is PDRN, which is featured in products from Biodance, Genabelle and Anua. It is used in formulations marketed toward smoother, revitalized-looking skin. Daily sun protection also remains an essential part of any beauty routine. Shoppers can explore sunscreen options from Bioré and Beauty of Joseon. “K-beauty has changed the way many Filipinos discover and enjoy beauty. It's no longer just about following a trend; it's about finding products and routines that fit naturally into their everyday lives. At Watsons, we want to make that discovery easier by bringing the brands and products our customers are excited about closer to them, whether they're shopping in-store or online,” said Sharon Decapia, senior assistant vice president for marketing communications, public relations and sustainability at Watsons Philippines.
